Practice Areas
When choosing an attorney to assist you with a legal problem, it is important to choose an attorney well versed in the area of law in which you need help. I devote my law practice exclusively to criminal law. I do not handle any other type of case. Each area of law changes frequently with the passing of new laws, as well as new cases being decided by appellate courts at the local, state, and national level. It is my opinion that to best serve a client in need, an attorney should be knowledgeable in the specific area of law in which the client needs representation. My practice is focused exclusively on criminal law so I can stay on top of the latest cases deing decided by the criminal appellate courts, as well as the passage of new laws which affect present and future clients facing criminal/ traffic legal issues.
The needs of my clients fall within the three categories, criminal defense, traffic offenses, and post-conviction matters.
